Quinn was very personable and knowledgeable. I was paying attention as he directed the other gentleman there. His manner with the coworker was helpful and instructive. One of the servers I requested wasn’t yet needed by date or mileage, and I was informed of this. Explanations were clear and succinct as they worked to complete my requests.
I went to the take five off of college Drive. I don’t remember the four guys name but When I pulled in the first thing Young man gave me was a bottle of water and then they proceeded into changing my oil I felt so special because they not only talk to me while they were doing it.All of them I was making me comfortable and clowning with me.
I bought my 2027 Telluride in for an oil change and the gentleman stated they had the filters to do the work. The team was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was extremely happy because I was visiting from Houston,TX. Great Job!
