I went to the take five off of college Drive. I don’t remember the four guys name but When I pulled in the first thing Young man gave me was a bottle of water and then they proceeded into changing my oil I felt so special because they not only talk to me while they were doing it.All of them I was making me comfortable and clowning with me.
Very nice experience here. Super friendly staff. In terms of upselling, I told them in the beginning I’d had a terrible experience with a different place and to please not do that. They respected my wishes, but did convince me I needed a new engine air filter. I’m tired of bargain hunting. I’ll simply come back here next time. I drive a Sienna.
Ahmad, JD, and another guy was so helpful throughout the process! I needed an immediate oil change before leaving out of town. They did it quick, fast, and efficiently! Thanks again guys ! The whole staff was wonderful!
