Best Take 5 in Baton Rouge Louisiana! The supervisor LaDarius provided excellent customer service showed outstanding professionalism and his knowledge confirmed he’s experienced in this field.. What I especially liked was the way he guided Asher (new employee) throughout my service experience. It was refreshing to see the level of respect. Leading by example. Great job sorry I forgot to one thing…..HONK!!!!
I had a great experience during my recent oil change. Manager Ladarius and Assistant Bryon were both extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They not only took care of my oil change but also informed me that my Jeep needed a DEF fluid change, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the service recommendations without any pressure. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I will definitely be returning for future service needs. Thank you, Ladarius and Bryon!
