I had two young men help me yesterday. They were both very nice and professional. I did have to sit in my car without ac on, but I was offered a bottle of water twice. The level of care and attention to detail was immaculate! They showed me my cabin filter, and said it was fairly clean, and I could replace it next time. They took out the filter behind my glove box and it was filthy, and hadn't been changed in the 2 years I have had my new 2024 Mazda CX5. From beginning to end their service was perfect. They should both get a raise for how well they took care of me and my car.
The Taje 5 staff (Jacob, Christina, Steven) was absolutely fabulous with us! They took their time to look over my vehicle so well infact that they recognize that the Air box from a previous visit at another location was not attached. In addition my oil filter was loose and dripping oil they repaired both of those and then did an oil change. Took time to explain everything, got us in and out in no time...even greeted us offering a bottle of water. I would Take 5 to anyone and will return!! Extrodinsrily please and felt cared for! Kuddos to honest staff!
normally I just do it myself but The guys standing with a sign on the expressway with $25 off got me to come in. Greeted right away with a bottle of water. Their shop is super clean. All the guys seemed really professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best part it cost less than if I were to do it myself. 5 stars check em out
