Very pleasant experience. Quick , efficient, and employees that took the time to care and be personable. Very impressed. I’ve been impressed several times with this provider, of course that leads me to be a returning customer. I’m also impressed with the service and professionalism of the employees. During my latest visit I was assisted by Cody and Seth (as well as another, although I did not get the name). These employees were great. They provided excellent service, suggestions, and courtesy. I also observed other associates doing the same for other customers. I appreciate these hard working associates so much. The time and ease of the experience is important to me, however I appreciate these hard working service members so much. Truly!
Love the service and prices here. Love the employees. They save you money whenever they can. One of my vehicles was showing time for oil change on the dash but I had driven less than 900 miles. Instead of changing my oil they checked it out and reset the dash. That's very conscientious which saved me money at a time when I was stretched. Thanks Steve and Jordan💜
After a long wait to get in the door and then a misunderstanding about the price quoted to me on the website, I was NOT happy. But the very kind manager at the Ft Wright location made my day by giving me the service free of charge. I certainly did not expect to pay nothing. This was over and above my expectations. I have been to this location a few times and this was the first time there was any problem. Since the manager made it "right", I'm sure I will go back.
