On the road and experiencing a tire pressure issue. Tried speedway and the pump only deflated our tires. Drove straight across to this Take 5 and they had is back on the road in less than 3 minutes! They are so friendly, willing to help with whatever you need, and even gave us both ice cold water. 5/5 highly recommend!
Was so pleased with the service at Take 5. Friendly, and on point. Took care of the oil and other issue van was having. Also felt horrible for these poor workers working in this heat. Fans were blowing but only hot air. But the workers were going and not complaining. I will be bring my other vehicle in for service soon.
The two technicians on duty at the shop in Florence were very courteous, professional and not pushy. This is my oil change shop from now on.
