This was the best experience ever! I pulled in with my flashers going because my check engine light came on and I couldn’t drive over 10mph. I opened up my hood to check my own oil (because that all I knew to look at) but Shawn came out willing to help me! He was so kind and they even offered me water while He looked at it. Shawn identified the problem quickly, and explained to me what was happening and why it was important. He even fixed it for me right there! He went above and beyond, I am extremely grateful for him to fix my engine so quickly. Thank you!
This was my first visit to any Take 5 Oil Change and I was very impressed. I went to the location at Houston and Donoaldson. I was met at my car door by the attendant who handed me a cold bottle of water even before asking any of the standard questions. First Impression? 5 stars! The entire visit was very pleasant and ended with a rounding chorus of cowbell ringing because I made a donation toward their $2000 goal for the Children's Hospital. An oil change AND a show! Win/win!

She completed my oil change and systematically went through the 5-point checkpoint list (wiper blades, washer fluid, coolant check, and tire pressure). As someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars, I was so grateful for how clearly and patiently PJ explained what was being done. Her partner was equally attentive, ensuring nothing was overlooked. I’ll definitely be coming back!
