I pulled up to check in... They guided me into a stall, gave me a fresh, cold bottle of water and showed me their choices. I picked the basic service. Several employees got to work immediately. Oil and filter changed, fluids topped off, tire pressures and air filter checked. I had installed a new K&N air filter about a month ago (they complimented me on my choice), showed me the dipstick to proved it was at the correct level, dropped the hood and guided me out. In less than 15 minutes I was back on the road, feeling the confidence that my car was in great shape, and well cared for. Even with a discount coupon, the cost seemed a bit high (about 30-40% higher than other places), but the convenience and friendly, professional care was awesome! My car is worth it. I'll definitely be back when the need pops up again. Thanks!
Really like this group and location. I usually change oil myself, but when I don't have time I bring it here. Must be doing something right because my 2017 Ford Expedition has 345,000 miles on it and still going! I am disappointed they've changed to Pennzoil now instead of Mobile One, but they let me bring my own oil so I can keep with what my car is used to. They're fast, friendly and good at what they do. I really appreciate them!
The North Maize location provided great service. It was quick and convenient. I have been there many times and they do not try to pressure me into buying other things or services like that Jiffy place. Make sure to honk when leaving to let them know they did well.
