The crew who were on duty we're all very young men. They all got along and worked together to get my vehicle taken care of. I wasn't going to get the in-cab air filter changed but the young man offered to at least take it out so I could look at it, I'm glad he did because that thing was disgusting so I went ahead and purchased a new one. Also, it seemed like a difficult task to remove it. He had to take out the glove box to get to it so I'm grateful he did it and took care of it. I have nothing negative to say about this particular location or the crew that was working when I went 9/5/2026 in the afternoon.
This is the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! Sounds crazy, but accurate. Their level of customer service as a whole was so awesome, but specifically Phoenix took the time to explain everything he and the team were doing, all the options I had and I never once felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me or push a sale for something I didn’t need. Phoenix was clear and so helpful. He even attached my back windshield wiper for me at no extra charge. I had it floating around in the back of my car for a bit now and wasn’t able to do it myself. Great place! Even though this is a bit of a drive for me, I’ll be going here exclusively for all oil changes forevermore. Thanks Phoenix and team - you’re doing a fabulous job!
I came in for an oil change. I stated i only wanted an oil change. They didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of other needs, although before i left they informed me of the other services that were available should I need them someday. I appreciated that. I have an oil filter that is placed in a very difficult spot to get to. Watched the technician work on it and I'm sure he had to be thinking about giving up but he stayed with it and got it off. The last place I went to had overly tightened it. Gave him a tip for his efforts
