I called and spoke to Allison, the manager. She told me about their prices and was very accommodating and willing to work within my budget. I brought our car in. They gave my daughter and I COLD bottles of water and my daughter was also given a cold Capri Sun juice pouch. They told us everything they were doing. Most places try to get you to upgrade and replace things that really don't need it. They didn't pull those sleazy sales tactics on us. They were super friendly, smiling and made us feel like they genuinely appreciated our business. You can probably shop around and find seemingly better deals, but I promise you will be treated like family at Take 5. Thanks so much Allison and Trey for the amazing service on our Ford focus, and thanks again Allison for just being a good, decent human!! We'll see you again in 3 months, or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first!! 😃
Skylar was my service tech and was wonderful! I was in a panic to get serviced before loaning out my truck. The transparency of these folks, he went above and beyond telling me that I had a brake light out and he was quick in computer ability to pull up my records for the last 8 years to inform me of my needs without talking down to a senior which is surprising and a blessing in this crazy new world.
I drove into a very professional and friendly atmosphere. I was greeted with smiles. I was given a generous $10.00 off for my 1st visited. I had chose the economy oil change, but thanks to the young gentleman who was taking my information....I chose the premium.He was honest and explained the better choice, for my vehicle. I will be a returning customer. Once my oil change was done it was very friendly young lady, who gave me an oil change punch card for my next visit. They made sure my oil life light was changed....THANK YOU TAKE 6....FOR A VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 🙏🏽💙💙💙💙💙💯💯🔥🔥🔥
