This is my second time using Take 5 ...the first time was with a different vehicle, less than 8 months apart. And I was not thrilled with the service at that time. Fast forward to June 2026, first thing Ben, also the Mgr. I found out greeted me very courteous and with great professionalism. And asked right away if I was a veteran. Besides that and before this service this time was so professional and thoroughly done. I will always come back to the Edgewood location
Adam helped me with my oil filter issue because I had a oil pressure sensor go bad and I thought and the mechanic thought that it was because of Adam and I take five but really it was just the oil pressure sensor and when I came to let them know about how I changed my oil and then all of a sudden I had a problem and he helped me through everything and honored a coupon that I had and really he could have told me that I need to pay full price but because of things that he did and the way he treated me my business will continue to come here. Adam is excellent leader and takes care of business. Take five needs more guys like that
Stopped by for an oil change and Ben really hooked me up. He took care of the oil, filters, and fluids, but what I really appreciated was the extra care he put into my skid plate. I’ve had issues with that in the past, and he made sure it was mounted right with some extra adapters so I don’t have to worry about it falling off. Super professional, knows his stuff, and a cool dude. Highly recommend!
