I had a great experience at Take 5! The whole oil change process was quick, smooth, and super convenient—I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t try to push any unnecessary services or upsell me on things I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and let me make my own decisions without pressure. It’s refreshing to find a place that values your time and trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
Always courteous and knowledgeable. Always helpful. I have never had a bad or unfavorable visit to take 5. At first it may seem a little pricey until you find out what you get for your money. They always check my cabin filter(I never knew i had one). I always get my oil changed at take 5. In between oil changes, they will check my oil for me when I ask, free of charge, even if it needs some added. Before my vacation, they check all my fluids and tire pressure, free of charge. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. If you buy wiper blades, they are guaranteed 12 months. I will never go anywhere else for oil change and engine care. I go to the Richmond Indiana location.

Unfortunately I’m not sure if it was something they did but my check engine light came on as soon as I got my oil changed here. *Update* Shoutout to Billy at Take 5 Oil Change! Billy followed up with my previous concern and took care of my issue. My hat’s off to the entire team at Take 5 Richmond! I am always satisfied with the service here. Speedy, knowledgeable, always friendly, and polite. Keep up the awesome work! I will be returning for my next oil change! Thanks again y’all!!
