We had an excellent experience yesterday. They offered us ice cold waters and popsicles- it was a scorcher yesterday! The customer service was above what I’ve experienced anywhere else and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Also- when was the last time you’ve gone to get your oil changed and thought “wow- that was great!”? Umm probably almost never. I felt very confident about my oil and filter change. My van even seems to run smoother than it had prior to the oil change. Highly recommend their service and worth trying it out! We are on our way to Florida from 40 minutes north of there. I would consider making the drive back again.
Very friendly and professional team. The team that worked on my Suburban was made up of Braxton, Chris, Canyon, Ellie, and Jay. I hope I didnt miss anyone! They were very alert to everything that was going on. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, knew what they were doing, and it was obvious they had the whole process down to a science. It was honestly fun watching them interact and they took very good care of my 461,000 mile Suburban!! Thanks guys! I'll be back!!
Man, there are not enough positive things I can say about this place. From the ice-cold water they offered me when I pulled in, to the friendly conversations and laughs we shared, everything was great. The detailed care and no-pressure environment made a big difference. They let me ask how I could pray for them, which meant a lot. This place is top-notch—you should definitely swing by. I met one of the managers heading to Louisville, Brandon, an amazing guy. My dude Zane, who is one of the assistant managers, made me feel seen, heard, and very cared for. He's also super funny. Justin’s work under the hood was incredible! I didn’t catch all the names of the other team members, but I’ll be praying for these three for a while for sure. They were all so fantastic. I’ll be back for sure!
