Oil Change in Mishawaka, IN at 411 W McKinley Ave.

The guys who helped me at Take 5 on McKinley and Liberty or Grape Rd. Ryan and Austin were Great and explaining everything that they were doing and anything that was concerning to them that needed my attention. Ryan pointed out to me that my oil cap was letting in condensation and needed addressed right away. I went down to Auto Zone right after and got another one. The guys are AWESOME!!!! Thanks Guys Brenda Pletcher 07 Torrent I will probably be back and I'm only saying probably be back and that's because of the price. I'm on Disability and money is well over tight right now. Yesterday, August 14th, I came to get my car serviced, at 7am. I was met with the most professional young man I have ever encountered. Roman!!!! He opened the garage door and jumped into action once I told him what I needed done- which was an oil change. He exuded confidence. It was as if he had been doing this his whole life. My initial anxiety about whether or not it would get done properly or if I'd make my shift at work on time went away instantly. I knew I was in good hands. He was very efficient, he explained things well whenever I had a question. Most importantly, he looked like he wanted to be there. I was very impressed by the service I received from this young man. Every employer needs a Roman!!!! Young man, If you happen to read this review, I want you to know, you truly made my morning. Your service was top tier. Thank you for your positive attitude and professionalism. 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!!!!

I’m not local to South Bend, but if I were, I’d never get an oil change elsewhere. I generally go to Valvoline, but to be honest, I had no idea that a “15 minute oil change” can ACTUALLY take only 15 minutes. I was offered a cold water and a Take5 bar before even pulling up behind a dock by a kind young man whose name I did not catch. The manager at this Take 5 branch - Wes - is just one of the most pleasant humans I’ve had the privilege of meeting. I watched him go to every car, check on them multiple times, etc. Showed me my entire CarFax and didn’t try to convince me I needed new wiper blades or cabin air filter even though I just changed them 6 months ago. I even told him straight up I’m a sucker for the extras, bc why not? I’m already there. 😏 It was refreshing. Last thing I will say is that the lead mechanic, Zach, handled my closeout. (You did GREAT, Zach. I understand it’s a new process for you, and you were very helpful. Keep it up. 👍🏻) The last 2 times I’ve gotten my oil changed, the oil life sensor did not get reset. I was waiting to see if they would remember here, which they definitely did. Thanks, guys! You give your company a good name. (Shhh… my husband is kind of particular and has brand faves, so I hope your oil is just as quality!) Seriously, don’t bother going anywhere else.
