I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and the staff was very friendly from the moment I pulled in. They explained everything clearly without being pushy about additional services, which I really appreciated. I also thought it was a nice touch that they offered a cold bottle of water and a Take 5 candy while I waited, especially on a hot day. Little things like that really make a difference. The whole process was quick, and I was back on the road in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and efficient service
I was greeted with a fine "Welcome" that included bottled water and a small snack which was nice. Staff was very friendly, thorough, and quick. Liked that you stay in your vehicle making the experience more comfortable. What really impressed me was the low pressure sales for filters, wipers, etc. They ask, you tell them and that's it. One word to the team there I would caution the techs to be a little more discrete regarding their conversations amongst themselves as it may offend some people. It did not offend me but then we are all different so.........that all said I would recommend them for the service and speed!
What I LOVED about this Take 5,is that they didn't have my Airfilter in stock. Marcus the manager went and picked one up for my car. He's the FIRST manger to do that. This was my 4th or 5th time at a Take 5 Oil change and all of the others have said they would order my filter and let me know when it was in. NONE have ever called back. I don't live in the Mishawaka area I live in the Hammond Indiana area. But I will tell you this I would definitely go back to the Mishawaka Take Five over the other ones any day of the week because they got me my air filter and installed it like it should have been done the first time. I appreciate it that the manager Marcus went and got it. Landon was very helpful and so was the young lady that worked there but I didn't catch her name I will definitely be going back to the Mishawaka for my next Oil Change!
