My go to location. Quick friendly and efficient. Offer appropriate upgrades to services but don’t falsely hard sell services I don’t need. They are honest and don’t look at me like a target to squeeze money out of. I really appreciate that as I really hate being hard sold for things that are entirely unnecessary and gives me confidence that when they do recommend something, it’s not a waste of my money and is something I should do.
Had my oil changed a few weeks ago in my work truck. Was on my way home lastnight in the rain and my windshield whipper broke that I had replaced when I had my oil changed. Called to ask about warranty on whippers. They said there isn’t a warranty but come in and they will see what they can do. They took care of my whipper and found out the other one on the passenger side was about to break as well. Cody and Trei took care of me and got me out in no time!!
Great customer service ... would give more stars if I could. Always so pleasant and helpful and they explain everything they're doing or done to you. Highly recommend... wish I new my techs name to shout him out he was GREAT!!!! Breydan and Ethan were my techs today!! Great job gentleman. Fast and efficient! The manager and young man who helped me were wonderful.. i always come back here...
