I would like to start off by saying I wasn’t sure what to expect. After reading the website I was hesitant at first to go here for an oil change given I typically go over to Peru to get it done. It’s a new shop, it’s a chain, all those concerns one typically has. I am blown away by all the help and services offered to me, most of which were free. And all the staff at this location in Kokomo were amazing! The shop manager, Jason, was incredible to talk to and work with. Luke, the primary person talking to me about what was going on and what all they were doing, was super informative and polite. The other gentlemen working (their names were I believe Gavin, Kaben, Cayden and Jay) were ALL super sweet and funny and just as informative and kind as the last. Thank you guys all so much for the service today! you all are an excellent crew and I’ll definitely be back!
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need, and made the whole process easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, hassle-free oil change.
Went to get an oil change and our truck just didn’t want to start so all the guys jumped in and started getting to work on figuring out what the issue was, simple fix but was big for us because we had just bought the truck! Just a little piece inside the box needs replaced, Appreciate the hard work on such a hot day
