I had a Hertz rental that needed an oil change. Upon picking up rental, Hertz gave me the car and a voucher number and sent me to Take 5 to get the oil change. Upon getting there, the system said it wasn’t approved. Leshaun took the time to call Hertz and get it straightened out. He was on phone over 15 minutes! Taking that time and dedication on a busy Sunday goes a long way for customer service. These other guys (Carter and Alfonso) were amazing and fast at what they do. Once approved in the system thanks to Leshaun’s work, I was out within 20 minutes later! This customer service rocks! I’m coming here with my personal car next time it’s due! Thank you to these guys for all their help!
After getting off of work late with no where to turn to for an oil change. Behold was a Take 5 oil change. Jay and Rob helped me with tremendously! Jay explained everything that i need maintenance wise for my vehicle. Rob and Jay were very quick with exceptional customer service and care. Thank you you Rob and Jay for making my life easier:) 8/22/26. And here I am back again for my oil change, these guys are amazing at what they do and very informative! Love Take 5 over by castleton. 🫶🏾
Great service, Rob (store manager) was very helpful, they saved the day, when all the other quick oil change options were closed for Labor Day, as my vehicle was past maintenance due to a long weekend road trip. I called ahead, and they were able to get an oil change done towards the end of the day. Prices were also pretty reasonable, even without using any coupons. Would highly recommend!
