I chose this location after a little bit of a wait at Jiffy Lube. This place was clean and the service was excellent. After pulling in, I was greeted by Markell who presented me with a bottle of water, a Reese’s Take 5 chocolate bar and a smile. That was a nice touch. Alphonso was next to greet me, answer questions, assist with my oil change and explain pricing and any specifics regarding the service I had received. Then came Carter to help with any last minute adjustments. I am definitely going back. I highly recommend Take 5 Castleton location. Give these guys a try, you won’t regret it.
I was very pleased with Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They showed me things I didn’t know my car had, such as a filter behind my glove compartment. They checked the tires and filled them with air, checked the filters and replaced the ones which were in need and set my gauge so I would know when I needed to return. This is hands down the best location. When I arrived they were busy working hard it took me maybe 10 minutes before I could pull into a bay because they were all occupied. They provided me ice cold water which was lovely on this hot day. Rob always ensures top quality service. Today he had Gage, Malachi and Carter assisting him. I love it here and would recommend everyone to this location!
