To be candid, I was quite disappointed with the service I received at another Take 5 location on the opposite side of town. Consequently, I had lost interest in the brand and was considering discontinuing my patronage. However, my experience at this location on 38th Street was exceptional. The young men there provided me with exceptional service and made me feel like family. I would gladly return to this location for any future service needs. Instead of visiting my dealership, I would prefer to utilize this service center.
I've been to this location half a dozen times and they've always been efficient at getting me through and kind to my kids (usually give them snacks!). They often run promos and coupons and I've gone before with no coupons and they've found them for me. One time, however, I noticed the car start to leak oil after the change and I brought it back the next day. They apologized and fixed the problem right away.
These people were the highlight of my horrible day. They were kind, fun, and were happy to answer my questions. Made me forget everything that happened prior to arriving. Really above and beyond by helping me solve a problem with my AC holistically and it works now. Thanks everyone!
