I stopped in today for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It was about 90 degrees in there so I honestly expected to find cranky employees just going through the motions to finish the day. It was completely the opposite! Jai and his team were friendly, fast, and informative. I was also impressed with the way they communicated with each other to make sure each step was done and all the quality checks were completed. You can get a quick oil change at a lot of places. The level of service at this location sets them apart though.
I had a great experience at Take 5. Brandon, Mo, and Alex were all professional, friendly, and worked together as an awesome team. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra, and made the whole oil change quick and easy. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The service was fast, the staff was respectful, and I left knowing my vehicle was taken care of. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back.
Alex and the general manager at this location was wonderful. I talked to them about some things that was going on with my car before I came and got an oil change. I made sure they made sure that my oil change was actually changed and excellent customer service we recommend going to them for anyone else and I will be back.
