Excellent customer service every time I come here. As a person with limited mobility, I am especially appreciative of the “drive-in” approach. Crew took the time to explain all of their services and options, without pressuring or trying to “up sell.” They worked well together to finish efficiently and were also happy to trouble shoot a few issues that came up. The team went above and beyond and even the manager came over to check that I was satisfied with my service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone & look forward to doing business in the future!
I will highly recommend taking your car here!!!!!! I went in to Take 5 Oil change off of Elkhart Rd it was quick and efficient and fast. Very friendly staff Rob, Casper, Gunnar, and Rae where vary helpful and knowledgeable I learned a lot about my car and they did not try to pressure me to get anything extra they just let me know what my car needed and the lifespan of most of the items in the car and I was able to get away with a new air filter and cabin filter and oil change and it only took 10 to 15 min. And I definitely needed the filters they where pretty dirty they will also give you candy and a water as soon as you show up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ " If I could give more stars I would. 10 out of 10.
I had a fantastic experience at this location. The service was incredibly smooth, and they took excellent care of my vehicle’s needs. I was especially impressed by the manager, Daniel; he was very courteous and professional, as were all the other employees I interacted with during my visit. Great job to the entire team - everyone went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Keep up the excellent work, guys!
