Visited: Thursday, 12/04/2025 Service: Blended Synthetic Oil Change I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I went in for a blended synthetic oil change and was blown away by how professional, helpful, and incredibly quick the whole team was. As someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I really appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt. They asked about other services, but were never pushy at all. The entire visit took under 10 minutes, and I loved that I could stay in my car the whole time. It was smooth, convenient, and they even offered me water. I used a coupon, so the price was good; car stuff adds up, but they were very transparent and understanding when I declined additional services. They checked everything, topped off fluids, and even showed me the oil. My car immediately felt better afterward since I was down to about 30% oil life. The shop itself was clean, organized, and overall gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. The entire team was fantastic. I was seriously impressed by the efficiency and the level of care. I’ll definitely be returning!

I was absolutely beyond impressed with take five oil change before I even arrive there! I called, with 15 minutes left before the boys closed up from a long and very very hot day, I knew they were ready to go home but I literally got there four minutes before they closed, I desperately need a oil change not because I was extremely overdue but because my level was pretty low and my filter was pretty dirty so it was affecting my lifters and making my truck make a funny sound and even seeming to affect my brakes. I definitely cannot risk something happening to my truck so I knew I needed to act fast! I got there, again FOUR minutes before they closed and he moved the cone out of the way and led me in. They honored my military discount, brought a bottle of water and a Reese‘s peanut butter cup for me and two Capri Suns and two fruit snacks for my daughter and her little friend! I didn’t even ask or anything, he just brought it like it was just natural although it is not mandatory at all, they did not have to go out of their way for us like that! They didn’t even have to give me any service at all to be honest! I was almost in tears thanking him because he didn’t even know that I am a widowed single mother from southeast GA, STUCK in INDIANA! No joke, born and raised in small town St. Mary’s GA. literally the last exit out of Georgia into Florida, right smack on the GA/FLA line! Anyway my point is that I’m almost 1000 miles away from home, moved up here hoping for better health care for my husband suffering from pancreatic cancer but highly unfortunately, the cancer took him away from us, flipping our lives in a way that words cannot describe. Long story short, it’s just me and my daughter now, stuck here in a state we know nothing about, and these people knew nothing about any of that at all whatsoever they had no idea how much they were helping me out on a whole different level, it wasn’t until they were finished, (which literally took what seemed to be less than 10 minutes, no joke at all whatsoever and I did not have to get out of my truck) he mentioned my accent, asked where I was from, which of course led to my reason for being here. Again, I wasn’t looking for any handouts or a “poor me“ type situation, they not only treated myself but also my daughter and her little friend with the upmost respect supplying them with snacks and juice, including me, they did all this before learning anything at all about me. This simply lets me know that they are a legit, just flat out very nice, honest and truly comfortable place to be and I would recommend 100 stars if I could and if I knew anybody around here, I would refer them all! Butttt,, I don’t. So this is the best I can do! Honestly, I think they are probably the nicest people that I have encountered since being in this state, I’m so homesick! If anyone needs their oil changed or just ANY services they provide, GO TO THEM! They are nice for no reason. EASILY my kind of folks. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I need and want to thank you guys again for the southern/Northern hospitality! Y’all don’t even kno how much it meant to me, seriously, Far more than yall kno!And lord knows I needed it! So thank you thank you again and again! Theres not a single negative syllable I could say about my experience today with Take 5 Oil Change on Morton st. in Franklin! Sorry for the long review, but it’s beyond well deserved! Amazing experience!!! Lucas, Jeremy, Ryan, and Josh were incredible today! They went absolutely above and beyond. I was running late and was worried 6:30 would be too late or would make the team frustrated, but to my suprise my experience was just the opposite! They were eager to help and did not miss a beat! They topped everything off, asked the right questions, and even sold me a new filter that I didn’t know I needed. Lucas has great customer service skills, in addition to being personable, he was a leader on the floor. He double checked with his coworkers before proceeding with next steps this reassured me as a first time customer. I was very pleased and will absolutely be back! Thanks Take 5
