First time at Take 5 it was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, kind, polite, knowledgeable (They really knew what they were doing).They checked everything not just change the oil. They kept me well informed during the whole procedure including thoroughly explaining price choices and final cost. When I first arrived they immediately came to my car with a bottle of cold water, a Reese's treat, and a doggy treat for my Greta, letting me know what bay I would be in and the estimated wait time as well as the time it would take to accomplish the job. Truly one of the greatest experience! Thank you guys!
UPDATE 7/1/2026: Neal was so great and the entire crew!! they were so timely even with a coolant exchange. Update: 2/13/2026 THEY NEED MORE HELP , INSTEAD OF JUST TWO PEOPLE. They’re doing great with just two people, but definitely doesn’t “Take 5” minutes. Service is immaculate but just takes a really long time. #SOS I think this is the best Take 5 in the fort wayne area. Their manager is wonderful and all his staff under him know what they're doing. I recommend this Take 5 out of all the others !!
This was the most unprofessional business I've been too these (professional workers) over here talking to me and started playing right in front of me with other (professional workers) and on top of that i dont think my oil was check correctly due to the horseplay going on everyone was either vaping not taking their job seriously Anthony Andrew and that girl you was playing with also this was in coliseum off of Parnell horrible service would not recommend to anyone
