Edit 6/22/26 - still great service from Dana & team today! This place is great. Neal led my oil change experience. The team was super friendly to me, other customers, and each other. They provided clear directions throughout the service. They really went above and beyond my expectations. I received a bottle of water and a mini Take 5 candy bar, which was appreciated. They were knowledgeable and made me feel confident in their abilities & trust their recommendations. Found my new oil change place! Thank you!
The service was absolutely fantastic. I even had the manager on duty come out herself to help with my oil change. she surely was helpful and knowledgeable. I will probably be going there next time for my wipers to get changed.10/10 will definitely comeback again. I’ve received water and some chocolate Reese too (that was a big boost of energy for the day). Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed ;)
I love this place, from start to finish. From the time you drive up & they greet you with a cold bottle of water & a Take 5 candy bar until you pull out of the bay. Not only do they take pride and ownership in their work, they are also focused on training employees thoroughly in detail with safety first the right way. The manager communicates with the customer, is personable, detailed, well informed, topped with values and integrity. Manager is back and forth between trainees making sure they are doing things correctly and safely as well as communicating what is being done with the customer. They will suggest things that may need to be done based on your vehicles maintenance/mileage history but never pushy. It’s a comfortable relaxed atmosphere because you can stay in your vehicle the whole time. Courtney did a thorough job! If your vehicle throws a code, they will read it for free and reset it for you. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change.
