The Crew working today September 12th at around 3pm we're awesome. Greeted me with a smile, the girl working there today, I'm sorry I don't remember her name is definitely the face of Customer service. She also handed me a water and a little snack. Everyone was awesome. They showed me today that there are wonderful people amongst us in the world. They were fast, efficient and I will be back when I need my next Maintenance for my car.
Appreciate their honesty!! I didn’t realize the dealership changed my oil when I went to check on a recall a month or so ago, so I thought my car was ready for an oil change when it wasn’t. Onyx was honest and only sold me what I needed - air cabin filter. The team was efficient and kind checking the quality of my oil and filters. Will be back!
I came in for an oil change and the guys here made it super easy and quick! Not to mention they were very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great customer service. I’ll choose this location for all future needs. Once again made it very quick and easy thanks to Jayshawn and his team!
