I've gone to this location twice, and the technicians have great customer service. They explained the available services and options clearly and didn't even flirt with shaming me for being so ignorant about my car. Jake was managing the crew both times and came off completely professional. My first visit was for an oil change, and I must admit having sticker shock at the base price. Thankfully, as a new customer, I was able to use a $25 coupon I found on the company website. What also took some of the sting out was the fact that, when you arrive, someone hands you a cold bottle of water and a Reese's Take 5. (See what they did there?) My second visit was for a coolant exchange, the price of which is quite competitive. Both times they did a pressure check on my tires and cleaned my windshield. If I don't go there for my next oil change, it will be no fault of the employees or quality of service. It boils down to whether one is willing to pay upwards of $80 for the speed and convenience this chain offers.
Abel was very kind and knowledgeable, the rest of the staff as well. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve used Take 5 and will continue to use them because people that are working on a holiday and are still smiling, still kind are my kind of people. I will also pass this forward!
Excellent service! And the manager took extra time to show me how to reset my service alerts in my SUV. They were also able to replace my cabin filter where I was told and two other locations that they needed a special tool. I would definitely recommend take 5 in Avon ,IN
