Jarely and Lavelle are amazingly friendly and completed my oil change in a quick and efficient manner. The team as a whole work like a old machine, getting customers in and out. In addition to oil changes, they check much more: car filters, tire pressure, fluids and all. They make recommendations and explain/show you if there are any issues with your vehicle.I highly recommend bringing your vehicle if your looking for a quick hassle-free oil change and great care for your vehicle! They have a customer for life.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Luis and the rest of the team. From the moment I pulled in, Luis introduced himself, offered me a bottle of water, and made me feel welcome. He took the time to explain the different oil options, let me use my coupon without any pressure, and never made me feel like he was trying to upsell me. He also let me know about the other Take 5 locations closer to where I live and explained that I can stop by between oil changes to have my fluids topped off and my tire pressure checked. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole visit. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and I’ll definitely be coming back. First time here. I had Luis and Brayden help me with an oil change. I was having a tough day and told them I couldn’t be doing anything else to my car other than an oil change and they respected my wish completely. Both super nice and happy to help. Sometimes it’s awkward being a woman who knows nothing about cars talking to mechanics, but they did not talk down to me once. Both very respectable men. Definitely coming back
