I forgot the names of the two gentlemen that served me. (I never use the word gentlemen but this was the first time I had a good experience getting my oil changed so I thought I would crack out the proper words) I've been going to Jiffy Lubes my entire driving life and just had enough) I'm so glad I took my boyfriend's advice and drove further away to come here. They offered us water, washed my windshield, showed me how much they filled up on the meter thing. (Me and several of my girlfriends always feel like we're getting ripped off whenever we get our cars worked on.) The extra transparency just made me feel better. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Every time I come in, they are patient, kind, and take the time to answer my questions and provide honest advice. THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING FROM OIL CHANGE, CABIN AND AIR, FILTERS, COOLANT DRAIN AND FILL DOWN TO WIPER BLADE, NOT TO FORGET COLD WATER. SIMPLE, THEY DID GREAT ON EVERYTHING THAT I CAN REMEMBER.
