Needed an oil change pretty badly (was reading 4% low), and happy I chose this location- Johnny & Ethan did a superb job. Was my Mom's first pil change experience, and she was impressed with their knowledge, expert customer service and professional courtesy! A few other things needed to be addressed based on the safety / courtesy inspection, and it was convenient for me to get a coolant flush and wiper change done here. Johnny was knowledgeable and explained the expected timecourse for when things needed to be replaced as well as answer my questions. Also gave updates throughout the oil change anf repairs. As Mom puts it, "we are happy campers."
Typically do my own oil changes but due to a couple different circumstances I decided stopping at the take 5 off 41st st was gonna be the most convenient. Turns out to be a solid decision, James the service writer was excellent, very friendly and talking through everything he was doing, he even did the oil change and helped me figure out what wiper blades to purchase. He also ensured my tires were writhin the correct psi. Overall a solid oil change, my only gripe is the price. It sure is priced at convenience and nothing else lol. 10/10 experience coming from someone who does their own vehicle maintenance
I’ve always taken my vehicles to my dealer however I was in a pinch and gave this location a shot. The young guys working were very professional and clearly follow the processes they were trained on. They provide you with multiple options as well as testing your coolant and checking your air filter. They also show you the dip stick showing the oil level after it’s complete. I was very impressed with them and I manage a truck dealership for a living. My first visit was very good so I brought my other car here for an oil change. This time I was greeted in the lot and offered a cold bottle of water. The technician Brayden was very professional and clearly took his job seriously which I appreciated. My 2nd expedience was very consistent with my first visit which is outstanding for them to show such consistency. You may have just turned this first time customer into a long time customer. Well done gentleman.
