I recently took my car to this Take 5 Oil Change location and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The crew here is outstanding—friendly, professional, fast, and thorough. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about doing a great job and taking care of customers. What an amazing experience with this company. Javier Cano and Robert Burton were nothing short of amazing. These gentleman not only changed my oil, the inspected my differentials, radiator and windshield wipers which all needed work and they took care of all these issues for an incredibly unbelievably price. As a veteran with 100% disability who use to enjoy fixing his own vehicles, I truly appreciate having a great company with great employees who love their service like this to help me out when I can’t do things for myself. They were truly outstanding. From their professionalism, business experience and etiquette all the way down to the quality and timely service. GREAT JOB BROTHERS!!!!! Thank you!!!!! VETERANS IF YOU NEED WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE PLEASE GO HERE!!!!!!
The team at Take 5 in Midlothian went above and beyond for my oil change service yesterday! There was an issue with my cabin air filter (it desperately needed changed, it was FULL of leaves, oops 🫣). Some of them got stuck in the fan in my car, making a horrible noise. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after I left. When I came back Declan (and team) worked tirelessly to make things right and restore my car to the proper functioning condition! I was so surprised that a "5 minute oil change place" worked so hard to take care of my car!! This was my first visit to Take 5, but I will absolutely be back because the service was impeccable!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful, even with my lack of anything automotive related! Thanks again, guys!! I really appreciate all your help yesterday!! 🙌🏻 Highly recommended!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
