Just had an oil change at this location; Charlie and Alberto did a great job changing my car’s oil and replacing my air filter. I liked that they had someone deliver the air filter instead of asking me to come back tomorrow or whenever it’s in stock. I also liked that I was given $25 off my bill, 25% to use next time, and a complimentary juice :). Thank you guys for the great job!
I went in this morning for an oil change. The staff working were incredibly polite, efficient, and quick at their job. The people who helped us were Charlie, Alex, and Esme. I have been coming to this location for the last few years for both of my cars. A single mother going to auto body or mechanic places can feel a little awkward, but the staff at quick five oil has truly been the most professional. I recommend all of my friends to come here.
I was literally floored by the excellent customer service provided by these two young men, Chris and Trevon, BEFORE I had a service done. I was given water before I pulled in. They were courteous and respectful young men. They answered every question I had and did it with respect and understanding. I saw my filters put under the hood and underneath the glove compartment. The suggestions given to purchase these items was necessary. I did not feel hoodwinked as I had a previous oil change place. I was not charged erroneously. I was able to stay in my vehicle. I was informed of everything that would be done. They were gentlemen and said God bless me. They were not in a hurry to get me out. I can get a free top off and tire pressure check in between oil changes. Wow!!! Only if you knew my past experience this year, you would understand why I am so happy. They took their time. I so appreciate this place and when it is time for my next oil change, I will definitely return. God bless you young men. Keep up the good work!
