I was SO impressed with my experience at Take 5! I was honestly blown away by the customer service. Everyone who helped me was personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to educate me about my vehicle and walk me through the different options available, which made me feel really confident that I was making the best decision. I especially appreciated that they were helpful without ever being pushy or salesy. It truly felt like they cared about taking care of me and my car. Such a great team and an all-around amazing experience. I will definitely be back. And the whole thing only took about 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

I went to this company because the place I bought my car at gives a discount for oil changes here. So, when my oil change notification turned on in my car I went here for an oil change. When I pulled up, I was immediately greeted by a lovely man named Doc. I believe he was like the pit leader. He asked me what I was there for and I told him what I needed. When I pulled inside (this place you sit in your car as they do the oil change), I was immediately handed a complimentary water bottle. I was told that I would also be receiving my tire air pressure checked and filled, the windows washed and all my vitals checked and topped off. My car was also missing the caps for my tire stems, so they replaced them. All of that complementary again. So, we proceeded to chat about the oil change. I was given four different options and Doc explained what each one consisted of. I chose the basic, but not bottom tier service. They checked both my air filter and cabin air filter for free. Both needed to be hanged out BADLY. I said go ahead with the air filter after I was told the cost. The cabin air filter was a bit out of my price range, but Doc gave me an extra discount and upgraded to a charcoal filter with no extra cost. I was even told I could get an oil top off up to two free quarts before a certain date or mileage. Whatever came first. After all that, Doc told me what he recommended I needed to get done and what looked good. When I had any questions he explained them super thoroughly and even drew a figure to help me visualize. I, unfortunately, couldn't spend anymore, but I will be back for the differential work that is needed next pay period. I was treated so well even with me being a woman. I do not feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. They were super quick and efficient. Polite and understanding. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Their customer service was outstanding they were friendly, honest, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about taking care of my vehicle. It’s hard to find people who are both skilled and trustworthy, but Doc and Hunter definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality service.
