I've taken my cars to Take 5 on 1uth now for a few oil changes and even though their a little expensive, they do a great job. I love that it's a stay-in-your-car type place so I can see what their doing, at least at the top. I've done a lot of my own oil changes, so it's good to see what their doing and talk with someone the whole time. This last time they pointed out that the coolant was low even though I'd had it flushed by Jiffy lube 5k miles before. I had them redo the flush and it is running much better now. I also really like that they let you bring your car in to top off the oil as long as it's within the window sticker limit for mileage and date. That helps when you have a Kia that burns a quart a week. (Don't get me started on that). All in all, Take 5 is a great lube shop. They always treat me right.
When it comes to customer service Dustin, Owen and the rest of the crew at Take 5 in Idaho Falls are at the top of the list, you pull up and you are immediately greeted (and it being an almost 90° day with an ice cold bottle of water). Once in the bay they get to work with speed and efficiency, they'll give you any manufacturer recommendations and won't try to upsell you on things you don't need. This is the second time I've been to this location and if I don't have the time to change my oil myself then I will definitely be stopping by again next time.
The employees were very nice, courteous, polite. They completely explained the services available to us and we were able to decide quickly because of how well they explained the options... Prior to driving in, we were offered cold water to drink while we waited... They did the service quickly and efficiently... we will return and use them again...
