I had such a great experience at Take 5! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly welcoming. They made the whole oil change quick and easy, while still taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how comfortable they made the experience. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back to Take 5 and highly recommend them! 🚗✨
Replaced oil on mine and my girlfriend's car. They didn't have the oil and filter her old bmw needed but we bought them and they replaced it for us. Friendly, quick, gave us drinking water, talked us through a few things. The only thing that would be better would be if they could have stronger fans so it was cooler (you have to turn your car off so leave your windows down), but I'll be back for sure.
Im so glad I stopped at Take 5 yesterday. I have NEVER RECEIVED that kind of service. These guys are perfectionist. They checked my car out and found I needed a filter for the engine and cabin filter. I had NEVER seen these filters and I've owned my car for 5 years. When Ai left there and pulled out into traffic my car had alot more power. Take 5 will be my regular stop for service. Thank yall!
