They were GREAT! I loved that I got to stay in my car. I knew beforehand that I needed several things (air filter changing, etc) and they did a good job of offering optional services without feeling like pushy sales guys. I got even more services done because of how much I liked the guys. I literally called someone I knew was overdue for an oil change and recommended Take 5 before I’d even left the lot. That sounds like bs but it’s true.
I always come to this take 5 and they always take very good care of me. John was very kind and helped me out this time and he made sure my car was roadtrip ready for my trip I was getting ready to take. They dont ever try to over sell or push too hard on upgrades but they do suggest them which i like as well. They are very honest about what i should get done and what i could wait a little bit on or tell me next visit I should definitely get this done All the staff was very kind. Will continue to return to this location. I got a full synthetic oil change, coolant flush and a higher mileage oil filter along with all tires and fluids checked and air filter I chose to wait on until next visit.
7/2/26 Update: This is still my go-to for oil changes, replacing filters, and windshield wipers. 6/4/25 Update: I continue to only take my car to the Tucker Take 5 location for oil changes and once / year coolant flushes. This most recent time last week Trey & Renee were extra fabulous and helpful. Will definitely be back. This was my first visit to Take 5. I love that I can stay in my car the entire time. Trey was extremely professional and courteous. Sherrod was also great. I took my husband's car in for an oil change and I'll be taking my car here from now on. Great environment, clean, friendly, I can't say enough positives about this place.
