1st I'll start off by saying I love coming to this location. Today is a PERFECT example of why. Working with Chris and Zeke i came in for a coolant flush. First my payment wasn't working for 45mins, I literally sat in the bay and they didn't complain, infect the two brothers were encouraging. Afterwards I did notice some debris in the resolver and called. Chris said bring it back and I did. The two brother went above and beyond to make sure the job was up to their shops standard and beyond my expectations. Shout to Chris and Zeke. Shout to Chris, I was having issues with an oil leak prior and I had multiple oil changes and he was the person that took time to tell me I had a leak and where it was coming from. These are the things that keep customers loyal. Shout out to Take 5 for hiring knowledgeable and passionate personnel.
Mason provided my services along with what seemed to be a collaborative, knowledgeable team. He took care to explain what needed to be done in a manner that was honest and detailed enough for a lay person to understand yet technical enough to demonstrate his expertise. He also upsold in a way that seemed helpful and relative to the actual needs of my car and planned usage. Nothing sleazy or dishonest about his approach. I’ve been visiting this location for years and sadly, the mechanics have changed but on a positive note, newer employees like Mason give me peace of mind and I’ll be returning for my next service.

He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was checked and taken care of quickly.
