I pulled into Take 5 on Ogeechee Road just 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and the service I received was absolutely exceptional. Instead of rushing or acting annoyed, the crew jumped right into action. Their teamwork was fantastic to watch—they communicated clearly, worked safely, and got the entire oil change done in exactly 10 minutes flat. I am incredibly impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude so late in the shift. I will definitely be back!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Keith was outstanding. Super friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He really took care of my car and went the extra mile to check for anything that might need attention. The oil change itself was quick and done perfectly, and he even noticed my coolant needed service and helped take care of that too. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. His crew was great as well, but Keith really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
I don’t go anywhere other than Take 5 on US17 anymore and it’s truly because of technicians like Keith. Yesterday I went in for just a fluid check and top off between oil changes and he went above and beyond making sure he pointed out a few other issues (bad coolant, low oil etc.) without pressuring me to take care of it all for tons of money. He did what needed to be done with my vehicles longevity and my safety in mind. Truly amazing service!
