I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Jerrell, Jemell, and Eric provided excellent service and were friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the whole process quick and easy, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. Their prices are still a little high for my liking, but their customer service keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast and pleasant oil change experience!
This location has amazing customer service. I’ve always been impressed, but today, EJ was my technician and he was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He never made me feel pressured to purchase anything additional, but was honest in his information about my filters and wipers. That made me feel comfortable trusting him and adding those to my oil change. The whole process was quick and he kept me laughing. 10/10 experience.
My 16 year old just drove her/our car to Take5 for this first time (I went along too)— she needed to learn about auto maintenance & how to communicate with the crew for an oil change. They helped her along and did a great job (per usual). They explained to her what they were doing and what her options were as far as replacing filters/wipers/etc and what their recommendations were. Good info, no pressure. Very thankful for the Take5 crew near us— there’s a reason they’ve been our go-to the last few years. Looking forward to sending my daughter on her own next time!
