Absolutely wonderful experience!! Went through to get my oil changed and had a great experience, Mason was my service advisor and did wonderful!! He explained everything to a T and was extremely polite. Nothing felt pressured and it seemed like he enjoys the job more for the customer service than the actual selling aspect. (They don’t make commission by the way) Jamie greeted me at the end of the service and asked if I needed my oil light reset and kindly did it for me no problem. Getting my oil changed and the whole experience was great and the people were so caring about my vehicle. They washed my window got tires and supplied what I needed. Mason and his team did a wonderful job and would return back in a heartbeat. Most mechanics are looked at funny for this and that but the take 5 in newnan was one of the best experiences for car care I’ve ever had. Thanks guys props to Mason and the team!! Jamie your awesome hopefully you guys see this:)
Awesome experience on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Mason was my technician and he was very knowledgeable with the services being rendered. He took care of my oil change and tire inspection/fill-up in a matter of minutes but making sure to follow procedure. He made me aware of what services and how he would do them if he was working on his own personal ride. Thank you Mason! Would recommend to anyone!
I had my first experience with Take 5 a couple days ago and I was extremely pleased. Despite the sweltering heat, they had me in and out quickly. Checked and topped off my coolant for me and courtesy scanned for any codes. Each gentlemen I spoke with was professional and knowledgable. I will definitely be using them for future oil changes.
