I use the new Milledgeville location. It’s always a pleasure to pull in, sit in the car while the work is done and be on my way. The employees explain everything in detail, check everything , top off fluids, check the tire pressure let me know of any current issues or even upcoming issues that I should be aware of. They even wash my windshield. Always nice, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I take all my vehicles there.
Jessica, Dylan, and Bear were all fantastic. I’d like to make a shout out to Jessica for a minute though, she was extremely professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to us in detail and showed us exactly what we were getting done. She went above and beyond just in the 15 minutes we were there.
I pulled in today in full panic because my skid plate was literally falling off, and Mason and Bear jumped in immediately. I didn’t even have time to stress before they were already helping me. They offered me a water, got right under my car, and took care of everything like it was no big deal. What really blew me away is that this isn’t even a service they normally offer, and they didn’t have all the parts, but Mason still made it happen. He got creative, figured out a solution, and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. I am seriously so grateful for that kind of effort and care. And Bear was just as amazing. He kept me calm the whole time and we had such a great conversation, which honestly turned a stressful moment into a really positive experience. I’m beyond thankful for both of them. Mason and Bear went above and beyond in every way, and it meant so much. If you ever get help from either of them, just know you are in the absolute best hands.
