After a long Saturday of unsuccessful service attempts I traveled to this service center as a last hope to have my wife’s truck serviced. I was immediately greeted by Jeremey and offered bottled water. It was towards the end of business day and near closing. The team got me in quickly and answered all questions I had. Absolutely great service and I will definitely be returning for future service! Absolutely amazing experience by Jeremy and service team!
Great service- my one complaint is that it is already expensive so asking for a tip on top of it makes it prohibitive. It puts the customer in a bad position to be given the opportunity to tip in front of the workers who have done a great job. This is not a service I have had to tip for in the past. We will check out going to the dealership for oil changes next time. It's a shame because we have no complaints with the service. A 20 percent tip on a 120 bill however is a significant price increase
Been going here for a min and chuck is the BEST! Great customer service, offer me something to drink every visit, and very professional! He the reason I keep coming here for my oil change. Thanks chuck! Update! Came back to get another oil change! Met Jeremy, very professional, helped me understand the services for what my car needs. Thank you again !
