I had an awesome experience! The young man who helped me did a wonderful job. I believe he may have been fairly new, but he was very helpful, respectful, and attentive to me as a customer. I overheard some feedback being given to him about being more outgoing and engaging with customers, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to recognize the great job he did with me. Everyone deserves a little encouragement, especially when they’re learning and growing in a new position. Keep up the great work, young man! You’re doing an amazing job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chuck, Va’Quez, West, & Omari were absolutely amazing! Very professional and understanding! The Riverdale location did not do something right because I had new oil leaks in my driveway. My driveway did not have oil leaks peior to my oil change. These guys were very nice, professional, & took the time to help me relax and have faith that they we’re going to get to the bottom of things. They quickly took care of me. I appreciate their level of customer service because I was about to be a lost customer to this franchise. I did not receive the same energy from the Riverdale location when I called about the leak!
The people who work here are always kind, corteous, and attentive. I come to this location for every oil change I need because of the customer care and attention. I never feel like they are only trying to push sales, hut they educate me on the things they're doing. They show me my filters when I come and give honest recommendations for whrn they need changed or not. Thank you so much Charles, Ja Quez, and Wesley for always providing excellent service and care.
