Was extremely happy with my experience And the customer service was second to none. I want to shout out to Cody the Manager. He along with his team provided A1 customer service with A1 communication and got me in and out rather quick. I’ve been to that location two other times and have to say this was the best experience I’ve had. Management if you are reading this please look into promoting Cody, he made sure he and his team were on there game across the board. Thank you for the oil change!
First time at Take 5 Oil service and I must say I’m never going anywhere else for my oil changes and car services needs. Specifically the location on Powers Ferry in Marietta was extremely professional and went beyond service requirements to deliver a state of the art experience. The offered ice cold water as soon as I entered and continued that same level of care throughout from start to finish. Christian was exceptionally helpful and explained everything I was having done precisely so I understood the entire process. I can honestly say that I not only left feeling completely comfortable with my car service but also got some educational tips on how to preserve the wellbeing of my car. I recommend Take 5 on Powers Ferry in Marietta to everyone for the ultimate car service experience.
Today I came in for your oil change, and the staff members were very helpful. Terrence, Dee, Mason, Logan, Tate were very knowledgeable and helped me out greatly. I also got a coolant flush, which was absolutely necessary for my car. This is my favorite take five to go to and I will always make sure I go to this one no matter what. 10/10 service!
