The guys were great. Friendly, efficient, and completed the checks out loud so you and the team knew where they were in the process. Better chance for a team member to recognize a missed step. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I do pay attention to how long the line is before I go in. I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. I don’t always take the water, but this time I did. Taylor Or Tyler,the shop manager, very friendly and effective. He even checked the inside air filter, which I didn’t know even existed. It was full of stuff and needed a change. At check out time he reminded me I was a veteran and got a 25% discount. I often forget to ask although there are Marine Corps stickers all over my truck.
Taylor is an exceptional employee!!! Every time I’m there he consistently keeps a smile on his face and does a great job. They always cover all the bases and make sure my truck is protected. I send all of my friends and family there and they have received the same level of customer service as me. Go to Take 5 and ask for Taylor. He won’t disappoint!
Brock the Assistant Manager was super helpful answering any questions I had. Service was quick and competitively priced. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone in need of an oil change or any of the other services they provide. If I had another pair of hands, I'd give this place 4 thumbs up. Customer service is something I know all too well and they excel at it.
