Very friendly people working there, especially the female. Prior to going to Take5, I went onlline and spoke with Take5 representative, was quoted for oil change 49.99 or 89.99 and sent me a coupon for $25.00 off that. Got there pulled in and they immediately started the oil change process, then attended said my oil change would be $109.00 for my vehicle 5 quarts plus I would need another quart at an additional charge. My filter was also changed out and new windshield wipers blades. At the end my price was $212.00 out the door and this is with the $25.00 coupon. Again the staff was pleasant and friendly, but if I knew prior to the start of process I would have just gone to my dealership in Jacksonville or just have my brother do it. I really was not expecting a regular oil change to be that high. They did a great job in getting me in and out in 14 minutes.
These guys were excellent. Small touches like offering cold water and directing a cool fan right at me while I waited in the truck made a big difference. They also provided a complimentary fluid top-off. There was no high-pressure sales pitch for other products or upgrades. And, of course, they were fast.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, the team was on it. Scott came right out to greet me with a bottle of water while I stayed comfortably in my car, which was such a thoughtful touch. All three team members who serviced my vehicle were incredibly fast and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing. They worked together like a well-oiled machine getting everything done quickly without cutting corners. On top of that, they were professional and took the time to explain what they were doing, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth visit with excellent customer service. Great visit guys! I’ll definitely be back.
