They did a great job on my car, shortly after leaving I had a service hybrid light turn off your car light come on 🤪 I ask copilot what it thought. It suggested the oil change knocked some wires lose so I called take 5. Frantic. I drive for Uber. They sent a tow truck, it was a horrible day bc I had no idea what was going on with my car. They had my back and im so grateful 🙏 my car needed additional work unrelated to the oil change...thank you
Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent prices. Very, very friendly staff. Everything was explained crystal clear, and it all went perfectly and done in 15 minutes. I will not only be returning to them every several thousand miles, but will be referring all of my neighbors, friends and family to the team at Take 5 in Hartwell. The manager was great, Andrew, my advisor, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great Franchise.
This was my first visit to a Take 5 Oil change and I was extremely pleased! It’s a little pricier than where I normally go but it was well worth it. Tyler and Tyler both had great customer service and they explained everything as they were doing it. They did an oil change and changed the cabin filter which has never been changed since I bought my car in 2020! Even the Nissan dealership has never mentioned changing the cabin filter. I definitely will be going back on my next oil change!
