I've been to take 5s all over the country and this was by far the best experience I've had. Staff was super friendly, greeted the family and gave them all a water, talked to everyone and made everyone feel welcomed. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and they were extremely fast. In and out in 10 minutes. This is what people hope for when they get their cars oil changed. Will be back for sure.
Wow the two gentlemen that helped me at the Hartwell GA location were absolutely amazing to watch. So professional and calling out every thing they done so everyone knows what to do. The best service I've ever received at 5 minute!! Hands down.... Best service Branch in the entire company I believe
They did a great job on my car, shortly after leaving I had a service hybrid light turn off your car light come on 🤪 I ask copilot what it thought. It suggested the oil change knocked some wires lose so I called take 5. Frantic. I drive for Uber. They sent a tow truck, it was a horrible day bc I had no idea what was going on with my car. They had my back and im so grateful 🙏 my car needed additional work unrelated to the oil change...thank you
