The service and professionalism I experienced during my visit on August 30, 2026 was nothing short of amazing! The gentleman did a great job with my premium oil change and answered all my questions! They even went over a beyond to re-set my cars service notifications . Thank you Take 5 Oil Change Team for everything you guys did to secure my car back to normal after my service (by making sure everything was tight and right)! Overall you guys rocked it and I will be back again and again!
Wonderful experience! They found that the threads for my oil plug had been stripped!! I had to make an 18 hour drive over the weekend and any other place would have left me without a vehicle or worse a patch job. They pulled extra hours, gave a full inspection, flushed my coolant, fixed the stripped plug, and showed me pictures that it was safe and secure! Made my 18 hour trip and I have this team to thank for my safe journey with my kids! Thank you again!
The service was good. The technicians were helpful. My only complaint is their pricing model. They advertise three different tears of oil changes the highest of which is the ultimate for I believe it’s $122 yet nowhere does it say that that’s only for a certain amount of oil I drive a V8 truck it takes 8 quarts so my $122 platinum oil change ended up being $180 and it wasn’t clearly laid out for me. But again the service was great but it’s hard for me to find the value in that additional cost.
