I’ve been coming to the Fayetteville location for over a year now , and no matter what day or time I go I always get great service from the crew. I love the way they tell you what is best for your vehicle, but still let you decide without being forced into something that I may not be able to afford at that moment. They check my fluids and tires and top off if needed. I always go either on my way to work or on my lunch break, they get me in and out fast without compromising great service. WOW!.. super great Team!!! Like most folk, I’ve done oil changes with every nationwide brand…that will no longer be necessary…. TAKE 5 are the absolute best at what they do 👏 Also, their courtesy was top of the line ‘World-class’ Customer Service excellence!!!!… I called to ask questions: Manuel was extremely polite, then each and every technician were Awesome…from Alijah that handed me water, miss Dani who guided me into the bay, my lead tech Scott and the Manager Matt, each worker performed a Very satisfactory and complete job! Fayetteville 👍🏼 Way to go Team👏 Great Job 🤗✨ TAKE 5 is #1… Coach Abe sensei
The service we received from all the young men that were present at our arrival was phenomenal! I honestly cannot remember the last time as a customer my husband and I have been treated so well. Not only did we leave with this pleasant experience in mind but we felt more open to purchasing additional items at our visit such as wipers and filters. As they were removing and replacing filters they would visually show us the old and then replace with new, same with oil change, showing new levels on dipstick. This was a first for us as we normally go to our local dealer for oil changes and were pressed for time before a trip. Will definitely return……and the bottles of water while we waited in the car was a plus 👍. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to your job as this attentiveness and customer service is rare these days especially from such young men but greatly appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed
