My experience here was excellent. The professionalism and communication was top notch. I was told what was happening , what was being checked, why, and given choices but not pressured to do additional upgrades etc. my last oil change was probably the best experience with an oil change I have ever had and I am finally writing a review but have been here multiple times and this location has consistently been a positive experience.
This review is a bit delayed as I was serviced back in March but I wanted to give a shoutout to the team of techs that was very hospitable and professional. ERICA the Manager on Duty provided water and a snack for the wait as the line was backed up mainly because of everyone arriving at the same time. She was friendly and greeted every car warmly. She helped to keep everyone well informed. I then pulled up for service and AD completed my checklist and answered any questions that I had regarding my car and what was being done / needed. JARELL was the Pit tech and I can say that everything has been running smoothly . He even helped to change my windshield wipers which were perfect because It started raining as soon as I was pulling out. All in all the team was quick and efficient and this is not my closest Take5 but I will definitely make the drive back!
The staff was very professional. It was extremely hot out and they cared enough about their customers to pass out bottled water. Thanks staff. It would be nice if businesses like that outdoors added canopies for us to wait in lines in our cars when it's hot and sunny, just saying.
