The staff was great all the way around with there customer service skill as always the Manger is super knowledgeable i had the pleasure of going on a day where they celebrated women all about cars is what via calling it. So they had a special event same great customer service just with all the Manger from nearby sites. I was able to get my emissions done and oil all at the same fast time. So as always thank you Wesley Chapel take 5 as I choose you over Nissan
I always go here for my oil change I was met with a water bottle and that was so thoughtful during these crazy,hot temps! Im never disappointed when I go to the Wesley Chapel location! They are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and they made sure I understood what my assignment was concerning my car!! 🤗 I’m definitely pleased with the services rendered yesterday, 6-15-26..
I have been coming to Take 5 on Wesley Chapel in Decatur Ga for an oil change for a couple of years. Every 5000 miles This is the first time I actually receive the full service. I didnt even know I wasn’t getting it before. The turn over rate here is fast so maybe that’s why. They change my oil and oil filter as usual. The new experience was checking my tire pressure, fluids, air filter and cleaning my windshield. They also advise me to come back after 3000 miles to check fluids and top them off. I never knew that before. This experience was great.
