This was the first time I've ever let someone else change the oil in one of my vehicles. I wasn't sure how it worked and honestly, I was a little hesitant at first. The young man (I can't remember his name) explained everything because I had questions about the vacuum system he was using. He was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely return!
I had a great first experience. My techs were Randy and Ricky and the unknown person working underneath. That I did not see. They were amazing. No playing around, they were very professional. I hope my next visit will be just as good as my first. Don’t worry I will come back and provide an update!!
- Took only 10-15 minutes I was out of there. - Staff members were careful when handling my vehicle. - Inspections of filters, tire pressure and fluids were sound. - Recommendations are affordable. - Staff members are knowledgeable in vehicle upkeep and preventative maintenance. ***For this location I observed an issue with the of environmental heat injuries due to a fan not being visible in the workplace, however every company has its policy.***
