I hate the process but they always have a smile and make the process less difficult. Yesterday was the first time at any location, I’ve used several, but this one has become my regular, that someone offered to check a cabin air filter. I had never even heard of that before. It was definitely filthy, I didn’t have to be convinced that replacement was necessary. This crew is outside regularly waving and smiling as cars go past. It’s hot but they still manage to make it seem as if they enjoy their jobs. I hate the prices but it’s hard to blame them, prices are just high everywhere. They have even been able to help me reset the oil alarm “thing” inside my Toyota. That always takes me several reviews of YouTube and a google search. Thanks y’all!
Saw this store recently opened up in town and thought I would give them a try. This was my first time at any Take 5 and I’m highly impressed. As someone who is always on the road and very busy, it’s hard to fit in time even for the “ten min” oil change others offer that leave me sitting in my car for an hour or longer every time. That is not the case here. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and friendly face. I went on a Saturday morning around 8:30am (they open at 7:00am on Saturdays and even have Sunday hours!) and rolled right in. Kalen explained everything in detail and I could see everything he was putting in on the computer on a big screen right beside my car. All my options were explained and I wasn’t oversold on any “extras” I may not need. Best part, I was in and out in 10 minutes! Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommend!
I received the absolute best experience. The rep gave a thorough explanation of all charges and told me about additional products and services you all offer. I was greeted with 2 cold waters as soon as I was greeted. The environment was fun because the guys looked like they were having such a good time. I live in Douglasville however I am going to drive to the Carrollton location every time. I got genuine service, left educated and appreciated. I pray this location becomes the top performing branch in your organization. Thank you all so much
