I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Buford! Ron, Jaden, and Ayden were all friendly, professional, and worked together like a great team. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured to buy anything extra, and had my oil change done quickly. It's hard to find customer service this good these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Had another great experience at Take 5. Came back after my first visit went great, and today I had Mathew, Jaden, and Orlando. Super nice, respectful guys and they did a great job, and got me in and out quick. They even helped me donate to the kids to enter to win a free oil change and did a good safety check after. Appreciate these guys, definitely coming back!
Matthew, Captain Ron and Jaden were very professional and kind. The entire process from finish to start really did only take five minutes. They were very knowledgeable very quick And went over every single detail and make sure I was aware of all the pricing and all the things that I needed to know regarding my vehicle Would definitely recommend It will definitely be a longtime customer!
