The guys did great. Orlando hospitality was everything he made sure we stayed hydrated while in that heat getting our oil change. Jaden and Matt got our oil change together and did an awesome job. Thanks again to all of them however only thing that I didn't like is y'all owners got them guys out there in over 100 degree weather at risk of having heat stroke anything y'all can at least install fans up top the ceiling or one of those big factory fans to keep y'all employees safe and cool. Y'all are over a million dollar corporation y'all can keep y'all employees safe being outside all day. It is not the 1800s stop being cheap and inconsiderate of y'all employees take5
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Buford! Ron, Jaden, and Ayden were all friendly, professional, and worked together like a great team. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured to buy anything extra, and had my oil change done quickly. It's hard to find customer service this good these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Had another great experience at Take 5. Came back after my first visit went great, and today I had Mathew, Jaden, and Orlando. Super nice, respectful guys and they did a great job, and got me in and out quick. They even helped me donate to the kids to enter to win a free oil change and did a good safety check after. Appreciate these guys, definitely coming back!
